This handspring series is intended for those that are already comfortable with a handspring (any grip, from any entry) to build your handspring transitions with all the grips. New ways into and out of your true grip, twisted grip, and cup grip.

Pre-requisite: A handspring from any grip or any entrance. True, twisted OR cup, dropping down, kicking up just be able to comfortably get into a handspring from your preferred entrance with your preferred grip.
